Bruce Weiner with one of his Messerschmitt micro cars which he recently sold in an auction of his collection which made record prices totaling $9.1 million.

In 2000 I had the dleasure of visiting Bruce Weiner’s wonderful micro car museum in Georgia USA. Bruce has recently sold the collection in an auction in which 200 micro cars were sold for record prices. A Messerschmitt Tiger 500 making $322.000 a staggering amount of money! I owmed a Heinkel bubble car at collrge should have kept it as my pension!

Hopefully he sold the Messerschmitt collection as a whole so that it would stay together. It would by horrible that someone would break up something like that. If he did, bad on him! He would have had to sell for maybe $8.5 million if he did sell as a collection but would have made him seem like a car guy instead of just some rich person just making money off cars and treating them like stocks and bonds or real estate. So the big question here is, where can a person view the Messerschmitt collection?

Hi Lank, Bruce sold the cars at auction so it was split up. This is the second time he has collected and sold his micro car collection. He is a car guy he just likes collecting.
