The Filling Station Shrimpy’s Restaurant Goods Way Camden London on a wintery day.

Taking a walk along the Regents Park canal through Kings Cross Camden near my home,I photographed “The Filling Station” which houses Shrimpy’s yet another trendy restaurant in Camden. In fact it is the old BP pertrol (Gas) service station that I would fill up my Fiat 500 or Vespa with over priced fuel but at least there was fuel, in recent years the majority of service stations in the borough have been given the same architectural make over like this effort by Carmody Groarke. The result the locals now regularly que for fuel at the local supermarket, another bit of enlightened urban planning. As you can see from my photograph the restaurant is very popular!
